Moroccan Waves

$48.00

There is a city in Morocco called Chefchaouen where all the houses are painted blue. The origin of the tradition is lost to history, but since it has become a tourist attraction, called the Blue City, people continue to paint the walls blue. It is near the water, though certainly not near enough for waves like these. But here we are - in Chefchaouen with goldfish and waves.

This is a signed archival print on 100% cotton rag paper. The original art was a collage of photographs, printed on drawing paper, and meticulously hand-colored. All images are 6” x 6” on an 8” square.
