Poor Yorick, he has been sitting on the top shelf of my dining room closet for so many years, and I never realized his Shakespearean roots. It wasn’t until I thought of tossing him in the skip (British word for dumpster) that I realized I should truly honor that heritage. I thought, “Well, I’ll give him his due in a beautiful drawing.”
And then into the skip he goes! Poor Yorick.
